On January 27th, the CICO officially became the controlling shareholder of our company.
On February 28th, the company set up the Supply-chain Development Department.
On March 28th, the Shanghai Zhongtuo Future Supply Chain Management Co., Ltd. was established.
On April 29th, the Company held 2015 Annual Shareholders' General Meeting and elected the members of the 6th Board of Directors and the 6th Board of Supervisors. At the same time, the first meeting of the sixth board of directors and the first meeting of the sixth board of supervisors were held to elect the new chairman, vice chairman and chairman of the board of supervisors of the company, and to complete the appointment of the new member of the company.

On July 30, the company set up the Parallel Automobiles Importing department.
